Why is it when I drink coffee I start getting strong butterflies in my stomach?

Every morning, I wake up and I get some strong fairtrade coffee powder, grind it down even further than when it was first bought from the shop, put in 3 tablespoons in a small Coffee Pot, boil the kettle and pour the Hot Water into the pot, stir the coffee so it dissolves in with the water, then push the filter down (doesnt filter out anything because the coffee powder has already dissolved in the water) and drink 3 large cups of it in the morning, smoked 6 fags and swallow loads of vitamin pills and hardly drink any water.......why does this give me that really intense nervos feeling in my stomach, especially if I am worried about something?

Wow man it sounds like all that caffeine makes you jittery.
