Found these tips on reducing cellulite online.Do these things really help?
I suggest cutting back on the soda..I have heard that soda causes cellulite. I have no cellulite..I use Folger's Instant Coffee crystals and mix it with water for a home made mask and apply it to my thights and butt area ate least once per mth. (I learned it from a cellulite spa treatment)
I also exfoliate every other day and apply regular masks on my body every week or 2. Last but not least, I moisturize like crazy with shea butter & Nivea skin firming lotion.
nothing you put on the outside of your body is going to affect the inside like that. Folgers, really...? Come on!
All that stuff you see out there..firming lotion, firming scrub, firming body wash...its all bogus.
You wanna get rid of cellulite. 2 ways. Exercise like crazy and you can go get a treatment done and it hurts like hell. Basically they massage the area really really hard. It feels like someone is giving you elephant bites all over the place. It really hurts. But it works. Its breaking up the cellulite. Go tanning to reduce the look of cellulite. I would exercise instead.
