Why am I getting hot water out of the cold taps and in the toilet?
We are getting hot water coming out the cold taps in the faucets (bathtub, shower, bathroom sink, etc) and getting hot water in the toilet. We have to fun the cold water for about 2 minutes before we get cold water. We living in a one story house built in 1975 in the San Diego Area. We can feel heat coming from under the carpet and under the bathroom tiles. This has only been going on for about a week. We haven't made anything changes.
Could be a volcano under the house!
