There is magic in sipping on that first cup of coffee that only a coffee drinker would know. Here is a legend that I have heard about coffee. Grind just enough to last a week and keep in a tight container.  There are two types of grinders; blade and burr grinder.  The best part of  the Coffee Bean is found deep with-in the bean. Some people like to roast there own beans by buying at a discount price and roast them at home. The most familiar coffee is the pregound coffee. This coffee loses most of its flavor and aroma.
